Got PT sessions for Christmas. I'm so scared to call and book them!! Need to do it now so I can get started...

Ockyy PT is the best thing I ever did. Sitting down and standing up 10 times was hard for me at that time and that would constitute 1 set for exercise now I am turning into a machine. Good side is I would have to pitch up even when I really did not feel like it and those where the days I recorded the biggest results. Down side it is a big investment. My thoughts call and book nothing to be afraid. Most important thing is to make sure that you and your trainer are compatible that is what has helped me because with my trainer I want to train and we have fun whilst achieving results.

Thanks Eightpac!! I am somewhat keen, I only have 5, and I have a goal of the wedding in September so not only do I have a deadline, but also the safety blanket that there is an end date (I know, terrible attitude. Who knows, I may love them and continue!). I luckily know the trainer as I attend that gym already, and she knows I won't cop out. Ahhhh here goes!! Thanks!

Hi Ockyy your goals are definitely achievable just look at the last 2.5 months not like mine that present an action movie everyday I wake up. If you only have 5 PT my advice is tailor them such that you can get a full bodywork out in 4 and you will use 1 up through talking an advice. That way you can identify your weaknesses. You will only really need the PT for your weaknesses as you will naturally always exercise your strong points and leave the hard stuff. With me my achilles heal was legs and lower back I would never do these so with the PT we focus on that and I am now beginning to like legs funnily.
