Woo-hoo it's working! I may have only lost 500g but at least it is a lost. A simple matter of more fruit and vegies and smaller portion sizes and of course cut out the junk food.
81 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
