Woot woot 😊 losing more weight- 1.5kgs. I am trying very hard and considering who I was before to who I now, there’s a big improvement! I knew it’d be a huge challenge doing this whilst studying to be a chef plus the removal of all alcohol from my lifestyle , but I honestly think it’s all making me stronger and it’s definitely strengthening my will power overall. I’m not buying new clothes as yet, I’ll wait a bit more then go on a shopping spree!! 🙏🏻
91.5 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
