I’m really happy with that! 👍 Despite not been able to do my power walking or any type of exercise, I’ve been eating well and it’s just so good as you’d all agree to know that being disciplined with our diets eventually pays off, whether it be a 1000g or 100g- it’s still a loss 💪. I’ve just gotta make sure not to eat too much with minimal mobility as weight is too easy to put back on. That’s why I need to and continue to use this App to track my food intake and I must say I’m really enjoying it 😊
91 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
