I haven't been active on the site for quite some time. My healthy weight is below 87 kg, so I am still okay. I would like to maintain around the 84 kg mark. Losing the kilograms is possible. I am focusing on maintaining a diet based on pro biotic foods and a smaller carbohydrate footprint on breads, pastas and rice. I keep added sugar and salt to a minimum, which is probably under the WHO guidelines. I think it is good that I get these messages to weigh in. Being mindful, helps my focus.
