Thank you Michelle! I’m sure it’s mostly water loss as I’ve been following a low carb/Keto ish diet over the last few days and was heavily addicted to carbs in the last 6 mths.

Stick with it, lost all my weight so far with LCHF/Keto (just shifted to carnivore for 30 days for something different though)
