Wait what!!!! I started weight lifting yesterday & overnight I’ve put on 600g...strange when I kept my calories low yesterday...something strange going on as I’m sure I didn’t build that much muscle over night 😂🏋️‍♂️
68.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lol yeah I thought the same Trish, but probs just water weight from something I ate.. hopefully it’ll shift again tomorrow 😊
