Back to eating less, no bread, no cheese, no ALCOHOL. also hit the gym yesterday.
59.4 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

im also eating less bread and it automatically leads to less marge and less cheese ...this is good for me
