cut out coffee swapped with an alternative tasty herbal tea called bright eyed and bushy tailed (T2) Delicious. Stuck to my daily calorie intake. Surprised and encouraged by loss.
89 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 29 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
