Really pleased with the result of weightloss. I wasn't hoping I had lost weight, I knew I had lost weight! I can feel the difference around my face and hips. yay me!!
88 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 28 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
