Phew down is good no matter how little! Though my clothes tell a different story. 6 days ago when I put on my size 18 high waisted jeans, I noticed how extremely baggy the legs were, I had no trouble doing up the zip or button. It was only when I started walking that my jeans slipped down to my lower hips exposing 5cm of my underwear, my jeans almost fell off as I walked!!! woohoo It was not just that pair, it was all my size 18 jeans, shorts and leggings!!! Ahhh encouraged.
