(Patting my back) well done to me 👏 I could feel I've lost some weight. My clothes are certainly falling off and hanging loosely. Very encouraging. I'm now in the habit of knowing what foods to avoid and confident to turn down certain foods offered to me. This week I craved Turkish coffee 🤷‍♀️ not the type I would normally drink either, made sure to allow in my calorie intake.(since using this app I had stopped drinking coffee as it was causing me to bloat and a trigger for hot flushes but no bloating or flushes with the turkish, weird eh) I haven't had hot flushes for weeks 🤗
85 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 25 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
