hmm, I can't see the exact weight loss on my scales BUT its not pointing at 84 nor 83 maybe somewhere inbetween. I'll report when its on the full kg loss. I'm happy its definitely going down..yay me 🤗 I don't know if anyone else can relate, but I keep touching and checking my cheek bones and under my chin because of the sensation of lightness. Its a nice feeling.
Thanks to all for the advice regarding to eat the above ground grown veges. My family are getting on board supporting my food groups.
84 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
