My metamorphis's Journal, 13 May 13

Beginning self care. No tracking for a couple of weeks has resulted in a gain of 3.5 kg. So clearly, tracking makes a huge difference.
At the moment my tummy feels huge, my waist thick, and my tummy uncomfortable.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
