Well nothing has changed on the scales for 14 days 🤔The last 2 weeks hasn't been easy, people have given me scones/ slices or birthday cakes they have made (made me feel obliged to eat and I didn't get any 'bliss' feelings afterwards 😒) So I've decided to smile, say thankyou and give those goodies to my hubby to eat 😄 he isn't interested in watching what goes into his mouth. I've consumed too much alcohol, been given 6 bottles of cruisers and glasses of wines. Yikes these weren't helping much either after I checked out the calories! This week I'm going to be extremely vigilant and stay in peace. Sleepless nights from hot flushes and mulling over hurtful words spoken from my adult kids really messed with me. Taken charge over my daily intakes and sorted out my kids. watch this space for kilo droppage 🤣
82 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 22 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good luck. You can do it. Use the kids’ comments as motivation if you can. Sounds like you might have been doing a bit of emotional eating perhaps? It’s what I do when I’m feeling a bit sad or emotional stressed. Hope you have a better week 🙏😘🌼

Thankyou Shar lee for your encouraging ideas, I will do that. 😂Not emotional eating, perhaps more the emotional drinking lol 🥂 Sleeping better is soon to happen 😴 therefore weightloss is bound to occur 👈
