BOOM!!! and the weight comes off!!!
Fabulous week of peace, completely stressfree. Keeping myself busy restoring a rolltop desk for my new home office. Inspiration and enthusiasm flowing that I've not had for months...I'm reclaiming my home. 💪
81 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
