So I think it's pretty clear that cutting out breads and processed wheat foods is essential for my weight loss. I'm going to have to rethink my pantry.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
