YESSSSSS. I have really worked hard this week. Taking a week off work helped as I could spend alot of time exercising but my food portions have been significantly got smaller and cutting out all that bad stuff. :) I'm getting so close to my target weigh. x
58.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
