still didnt put on any weight after having a bad weekend of eating food with vistors over for dinner and just snacking on the left overs on Sunday night.
boot camp started Tue 25th March too.
56.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
