Had a horrible week at work. I'm suprised I still lost a pound after all that stress. It's the weekend now and I get to coach both kids in soccer so expecting a much funner weekend.
89.5 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
