I have no explanation why the weight is dropping off so fast now, when I'm so close to my goal. I know it's a good dilemma to have, but I think I need to eat more, so long as it's healthy!
54.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
