Started IF with keto. Trying 800cals, 16:8 fasting. Hoping to drop a few kgs in the first couple of weeks and then allow a few more calories and carb to be sustainable.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Tell me about this? I’m meant to be on 1500cals per day & am struggling to hit this target & only consuming at least 900-1000cals per day. I can’t eat anymore because I’m not hungry enough too & have been stuck at 81kilos for the past 4wks even though I go to the gym for an hour or more doing cardio. Any advice? 😃

I've just bought Michael Mosley's Fast 800 keto book. It makes a lot of sense what he says. I have 6 kgs to lose, I've lost this before, it took a year but intermittent fasting and cutting sugar was the key. Getting into ketosis means you are fat burning. Your calorie intake is fine. 1000cals should see progress, you may just have plateaued. Another thing to check is your Total daily energy expenditure (TDEE).Google how to calculate this and make sure you put sedentary for the exercise, even though you aren't. If you keep your calorie intake 20% under your TDEE score you have to lose weight even without working hard at the gym. Drink lots of water and good luck! Xx

go low carb and it will also cut the sugar intake. I have no bread product at all and it has worked for me before.

I’m trying IF 16/8 with Keto as well. I get a reflux so Keto is really good for me. I’m on 1000-1400 calories a day. I have done this before and lost 7 kgs easily then drifted back into bad habits again which cycles with depression. On the journey again now though.
