my mum makes the best fruit cake. i have been able (some how) to keep to my recommended intake. tonight might ruin all that. im sure potato bake will be on the menu. i just looked it up on the food diary. its a killer. 300+ cals.
57 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
