From 07/06/2014 to 14/06/2014 I was in a Cruse and did not follow diets or exercise routine.
The first week on return was also not well controlled in both aspects. There was a compulsion to eat chocolates and nuts. Cycling exercise routine in early mornings has been compromised by the cold temperatures and also by the FIFA World Cup games.
The week starting 23 June saw me going back to the diet regime I was using before but not back yet to the cycling practices. May be I need to swap cycling by some indoors exercises until the end of the World Cup and less cold mornings.
