This is really not good enough in 7 days :( I have to make the next 7 days really count. Been having a carb fest this last few days so need to go to the super market and get non carby foods. Goal weight feels far away today. Havnt been to the gym all week either. blah !
61.6 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow, look at your chart. You see the line going down? How amazing is that? You are losing at a great rate. Don't put so much pressure on yourself. Make the changes sustainable so you can keep doing them and keep the weight off when you get to goal. You are doing great!

slow weight loss is fine. as long as your not gaining. in this cold weather salads dont seem appealing but a nice soup made from green veg might go down well. just avoid the hot buttered toast on the side.

aww thanks guys. I really needed to hear some words of encouragment. Im back to being a positive percy now though thanks to you! I hit the gym today and have been having massive portions of veggies. I just became a pescetarian so trying to make and buy foods that appeal to me that arnt just loaded with cheese and pasta. It feels good though. Its only been a month but I have no urge to go back to eating meat :)
