Well...this is the fifth week of my diet and the second week of 5:2. Hopefully this weight gain reflects a "plateau" or a metabolism stall of some kind, because I am at a loss as to how I could have put on .5 kilo! I wish I had had that pie, or that bottle of wine, so I could at least justify why I have gone up over two days where my combined food intake was less than 1500 cals.
Oh well, onward and downward as janetofnq would say!
91.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Sounds like it could be a fluctuation. You might be down a kilo over the next few days that's what sometimes happens to me! Stick to your diet and you will lose weight!

Thanks for the support njashka8! It is only one pound after all...it's just, you know how excited you get when you are down even 0.1 kilo? Going up is just NOT an option lol!

Oohhh I am with you there! An important event next week means I need to slither into new black jeans (part of the uniform) and my current "muffin top" is a family sized boiled fruit cake.

Lmao - I hear you! Can you try pushing it up into your bra?? Otherwise my suggestion is to not wear the slinky, show-off-your-curves top over those new black jeans :)
