At least I turned things around this week. Didn't like the uptrend the last month.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 25.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's ok buddy, look how much you've lost so far? My Lord! I'm jealous!! You're so close, those are the hardest pounds to lose....

Thanks. It's a constant battle though. Just to maintain requires the same amount of effort it took to lose it.
