Week 3 day 1. Put on 700gm. Not a good weekend... Ate few bad things at family day at werribee zoo then ate bullets and corn chips Sunday night..
57.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
