I put on more than a kilo in one day...has to be a bit of fluid (champagne) retention there. Footy & anniversary over so back on the straight & narrow. Don't have a problem controlling food intake but booze is another thing.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
