Weighed myself after a leg day... you can do it!! Sunday goal is 66kg... then next sunday 64... then after thaaatt 62... you can do it, keep going!!!
67.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
