made 85.5 yesterday morning and blew it majorly with a lovely day out at the movies and dinner with my favourite party animal. basically made the whole week of effort for naught...well, NOT again!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

No it's probably water,salt and food still in you. Drink lots, stay on track and you should be back down in a few days. Half a kilo of fat gain overnight is unlikely!
