Note: I have just come off a one week fast where I lost 9.2kg
107 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 32 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

which diet did you follow?  
Nivritocharini, I lost the 9.2kg by water fasting. The first 2 days are hard but once ketosis kicks in you lose most of your appetite. You have to be careful after the fast to ensure you don't get refeeders syndrome (which can kill you). The day after the 7 day fast I drank bone broth, had 1/4 banana (potassium) and berocca. Later in the day I had chicken soup and a coffee. That night I had homemade Ramen (good for the bone broth). The first 2 days after a long fast you must limit your calories to 1000 so your body can get use to food again. Best experience!! I feel great and no longer crave junk food. From now on I do 16:8 fasting and then will do either alternate day water fasting or 2 days/week water fasting the rest 16:8
