Go the green! I must say that I am being totally honest when I say that I am following my "diet" "Reasonably Well". My plan has always been to restrict calorie intake to less than 1200 most days and then have a fast day, of not more than 500, two times a week. Yesterday was supposed to be a fast day, but I managed to sneak up to 600 and something. No big tragedy, right?!
