Go the green! I must say that I am being totally honest when I say that I am following my "diet" "Reasonably Well". My plan has always been to restrict calorie intake to less than 1200 most days and then have a fast day, of not more than 500, two times a week. Yesterday was supposed to be a fast day, but I managed to sneak up to 600 and something. No big tragedy, right?!
84.2 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am definitely a jellyfish at times, let me tell you! I was hit hard on Monday when I read my old doctors reports from early last year...I was considered overweight at 83 kilos (fair enough)and here am I, 84 kilos after already shedding 14!!
