I am on a plateau at the moment, have not really budged on the scales for about a month. Maybe a couple of 100g loss. I think I am gaining a bit of muscle now so that could be the reason the weight loss has not been as noticable. I have noticed that my clothes are loser though and people that haven't seen me for a while say they can notice the weight loss so that is good when you feel a bit deflated when the scales don't move much. I will keep persisting though because I think I am on the way down after a stubborn month.
