Finally some downward movement on the scales again. I've been sticking to low carb. Hven't faltered at all so I'm happy with myself. My BSL has reduced dramatically as well. Yay!
134.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 59.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
