Still enjoying the chocolate birthday and Christmas gifts - and also the week off training so that I may recover with the help of my physio, her dry needling, and the lovely little Thai lady who turned me inside out and used her body like a serious weapon against all my tight spots... hello, knees and other items being shoved into the gluteus maximus! Yeouch! :D
55.5 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
