I don't follow the hemp seeds etc but the article gives good information and explains autophagy and how old immune cells are broken down and new ones created. I would strongly suggest you try the water diet pure first time i.e. no tea, coffee etc just water. I would also suggest not doing it for longer than 3 days as 72 hours has lots of health benefits which you can read from the scientific information provided.
