Wt. holding around 224. Wt will go up a pound or two if I get into sugar over night. But will drop back down the next day if stay away from it. Clothes loser overall, less belly. Have to believe going in right direction.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
