I sure hope that weight increase is from muscle growth, my calorie counts were good this week. that's OK, tried Pilate's yesterday. I've learned men are not intended to bend like that.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

lol....I've never tried Pilates but can identify with the bending comment. I've tried yoga a little and my body just doesn't get in some of the positions. Keep up the good work doing what you know works and the scale will come around in your favor.

hmm... I prefer Pilates over Yoga. Pilates was invented by a Joseph Pilates and is often used for training and rehabilitation by several. Give it another try and like any exercise, some exercises might required modification - just go with your body.

My body constantly needs rehab. I'm hoping strengthening my core will improve my tennis game this year.

I haven't tried Pilates or Yoga yet, but I like Zumba and will try Tai Chi some day. Check out videos at youtube and try to do what they do. :)
