slow but steady, I need warmer weather so I can hit the tennis courts again and get some extra cardio in.
92.9 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We just want the weight to be gone, would be nice if it worked that way. But slow and steady is good, nice work!
