great weight loss this week but it may be a little skewed. couldn't eat or drink after having dental work yesterday and I fasted for an annual physical all in the same day. I may need to split those 2 up in the future :-) have a great weekend everyone.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 23.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
