Have had no appetite for the last couple of days, which is good for the weight but stress weight loss normally bounces back on twice as fast. Will try and keep it off as I feel better. Maybe go for a walk instead of a wine.
85 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
