I leveled off a little this week. I knew it was coming but both kids start soccer next week and I run around with both teams. I can't stand to just coach from the sidelines. My tennis and kickball seasons also start next week so I will b getting in plenty of cardio now. Have a great weekend everyone.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 24.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
