Had a really bad week. I recently came off the pill that had been managing my endometriosis..,turns out that was a bad idea! Glad that's over, now back to my version of normal!
56.1 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
