I haven't weighed in awhile since I haven't been to the gym in two weeks. I was resting my body and shoulder for a team tennis tournament this past weekend. it panned out really well, me and my partner went 5-0 this weekend. our team got 2nd place. it was a fun and great weekend to b out.
91.0 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
