back recording my food and exercise again. Have gained 4kg since my knee surgery in December 2014 and had a set back 6 weeks ago when I developed an infection in the knee and had to have injection to knee. Pain has restricted my exercise since surgery but now getting back on track. Went for 25min brisk walk this morning, pulled up a bit sore in the knee but that is to be expected.
84 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
