weighing in a say early, have to leave for a work trip.
first of, not a great result. again I didn't allow me going over the calorie limit. despite still being somewhat sick even did two low intensity sports sessions. still, a loss is a loss. I hope I'll get back to my goal of 1% weight loss soon.

Now the work trip will likely mean I'll go above calorie limits. there will be eating out all the time. lucky, I have an airbnb so I won't be tempted by hotel breakfasts. and the antibiotics my gp gave me will keep me from drinking alcohol. the goal for this week is to stay stable.

it's important to keep this in check. In the oast work Trips were always the oint when diets went south I'm determined to not let this happen this time.
168.9 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
