what a jump. took a month off to rest my shoulder and the results weren't good. time to get back in the 5 am groove again. have a nice weekend everyone.
93.3 kg Lost so far: 20.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
