a very good week in terms of calorie counting. kept my limits well in check. even on Thursday, when it was my turn to bring cake to the office, and obviously I ate sone of it too. I made the right accommodations, and came out well calorie wise.
I'm really happy with the result. 2kg more and I will be at the lowest weight I've been at in 3.5 years or so. the great thing is I see already clothes fit better. I'm not as easily exhausted anymore. yesterday I had to walk a bit for an errant and rather than being inconvenienced, I enjoyed the walk. that feels good to have that back.
