overall a good week, even if it doesn't fully show in the weight loss. but that's how it is sometimes. still a kg off, that is all that sounds.
In a few days a friend comes for a visit, which means Restaurants and drinking alcohol in evenings. goal for next week is to stay stable.
163.7 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
